-Jose Marti destroyed U.S. property because he wanted the American government to get involved with the war to free Cuban's.

 -The de LOme letter criticized president McKinley. The consequence was that the minster resigned. The private letter become public because a Cuban rebel stole the letter from the Havana post office and leaked it to the newspaper.

C)Who was the "winner" of the Spanish-American War, and what were the winning?

-The "winner" to the Spanish-American War was the United States because Spain ended the war with an agreement. Spain then also sold parts of their land to the United States.

D)How was the Spanish-American War connected with American Imperialism?

-The Spanish-American War connected with American Imperialism because both the Spanish-American War and American Imperialism wanted to control other counties/take over.

E)How was the war started? Was it proper?

-The war started by the misleading untruthful newspapers. I personalize think it was not proper because people were in war over things that were not true and many people died off the misleading statements that were published on the newspapers that everyone began to read.
